This was a commission, he´s a real person that paid his portrait.
I don´t have problem if its for non comercial use, and always you reference my authorship somewhere, and never modify the image (erase watermark or sign etc).

In fact I think we are really different: he is tanned, me pale...I have longer and brighter hair, I´m much more thinner than he is, and with different tatoos. There´re years of difference between also...
