Description
Metroid is one of my most favorite franchises (yes even more than Zelda) but one of the installments that was quite awesome was Fusion that introduced the parasite SA-X (and Nightmare Beta omg I hated that fight JKHFDL:KDHFlkhasl;dfh)So this month's reward for is of Samus slimed by those crazy things, and I placed them in Norfair for some reason

Those aren't exactly SA-X; those are just regular X-Parasites. SA-X is one of those things mimicking Samus in her powersuit (Hence SA-X = Samus Aran-X).
In Fusion, she eats free-floating X just by touching them; she can't eat them if they're mimicking something or are in a spiked shell. And X infect everything they touch that doesn't have metroid DNA (one infected Samus just by attaching itself to her, and it nearly killed her, too after it multiplied inside her and spread to her powersuit).
That Metroid looks like it's seeing an all-you-can-eat buffet.
