After Godzilla vs. Destoroyah. Godzilla Rebirth was gonna continue his father's legacy. Into being the King of the Monsters. The Ghost Godzilla and Bagan in the films were supposed to be made, but were scrapped. There's a Heisei design for Anguirus, but was also scrapped. I even felt desperate that Godzilla should've crossed over into the Rebirth of Mothra series. Here what these movies should have (in order):

1. Godzilla vs. Bagan

Godzilla first fought Anguirus for a little bit. Then Bagan appeared, and causes massive destructions. Anguirus arrived before Godzilla. Before that, he was being mutated with now a heat beam. He goes there with his green heat beam. Godzilla arrives to help out Fire Anguirus. Miki and the military built up new energy for Godzilla to become Super Godzilla. Once Godzilla becomes injured, Super X III uses new energy to make him become Super Godzilla and end Bagan for good (Super X III was destroyed by Bagan before this). After that, he turns back into normal Godzilla. Then he and Anguirus went back into a new Island (Birth Island is not part of their home anymore).

2. Godzilla vs. Ghost Godzilla

Tokyo is being set on fire, with a huge Ghost that people started to become afraid. But that is no ordinary Ghost, it's a dead Godzilla. But this Godzilla is the spirit of 1954, seeking revenge on humanity. Causing a huge destruction his his atomic breath, but can float through the buildings. He then later possess Mecha-King Ghidorah that was left and found in the military base. He starts to use the body of the cyborg monster and causes more destructions (btw, his roar sounds like this: www.youtube.com/watch?v=8rXP80… ). Godzilla and Fire Anguirus arrived to stop the creature. But after a drawn out fight, Fire Anguirus was killed by Ghost Godzilla (in MKG's body). His fate ended up the same way how Fire Rodan dies. Godzilla then becomes powerful (with a spiral green breath) and defeats Mecha-King Ghidorah, but then Ghost Godzilla appears again, this time nearly killing Godzilla. Miki used the weapon, called, Super X IV to make Godzilla to become Uktra Godzilla (with wings and a very powerful atomic breath). And Ghost Godzilla's spirit started to melt and disintegrated. He turns back into normal Godzilla, but was a little upset that he lost a friend (except for maybe Miki).

3. Rebirth of Mothra III

A similar plot line, but with Godzilla Rebirth in the film. Both Rainbow Mothra and Godzilla battled for a few minutes. But Grand Ghidorah attacks Japan. So, both Godzilla and Rainbow Mothra teamed up and defeat him in a long drawn out fight.
