Awesome artwork especially the redness in the eyes and the metallic look of the back dorsal fins, but in my head canon he will always be named MechaGodzilla 3. Seriously I don't know where the hell they got the name Kiryu.Β I think he's even trademarked MechaGodzilla 3 by Toho.

Why was Mechagodzilla 2 called Mechagodzilla 2, even if he was in his own continuity? I am just approaching it with similar logic, also Kiryu was called Mechagodzilla 3 in Godzilla Save the Earth so I feel that means something. Even then, why not just call it MechaGodzilla 2000s or just flat out MechaGodzilla since that's what he is!
