Thanks a lot I use them as Demigryph Knights in my army (as stated above). The lions are toys by a company called Papo www.bluefrogtoys.co.uk/ourshop…

The howdahs are made from shields from the Wargames factory amazons kit (though any large round hoplite shield would do) along with bike components from the Ravenwing kit from Games Workshop along with modeling putty to make the blankets.

The riders are kneeling infantry from a Victrix Napoleonic infantry kit. The lances are banner poles from the same kit. The heads are taken from a Perry Miniatures French cavalry box. All very cheap to do-since I had all the bitz I needed from  other projects and other units from the same army
