Oh my, just when I was looking at your Elsa drawing thinking that you were already an amazing artist, you show me you aren't even close to done with your improvements! I cannot get enough of the way you draw hair and it amazes me how good you are proportions!Β
Since you posted this in the critique/feedback folder in Get-gud, I will offer my ideas and insights about your drawing as a member of Get-gud.
First of all, YOU'VE DRAWN THE HAIR AMAZINGLY!! I can't get enough of the way you've made the highlights correspond to the colour of the magic balls and their trails, not just on the hair but also on the clothes and body! I feel like you could have added some free strands of hair onto her braid behind her back but it looks very good regardless with your beautiful shading.
I agree with CheckeredPanda below that you've made her side-boob a little too distinct and I think you can fix that by using a lighter shading there and also allowing the line from the arm to curve into the body rather than go straight all the way to the shoulder, this way you can give off the feeling of having some more "fat" and make her seem softer and less "lean".
Regarding the feeling of this drawing, I think the sleeve on her right arm is a bit rigid and you might want to consider things like wind when it comes to drawings with moving objects like these magic balls. If you implemented a slight wind into the drawing you probably could make the sleeve look less rigid by making it flow. Of course, if you put in wind you would need to make anything else that would move, flow with it as well (like the hair and the tassel).

This looks very nice, the only thing that bothers me a bit is the connection of her arm to her body. The side boob is always softest,regardless of how fit you are. This make it look like she has boobs of steel o_o
