Because ... NO CAPES!No I think he didn't met Edna... but it would be interesting...
So I was looking up some koncept arts for Ratchet & Clank and I fund those where Nefarious has a cape. Apparently at some point of his character development he was suppose to wear it. They get rid of it, probably because of the animation difficulty and the fact that it’s a little cliché for a villain. And to much like Vader
But I was thinking - it fits him! And why did he decided to not wear it? It' would give him even more dramatic effect, adn he seems to like that kind of stuff xD
And that is how idea for this short comic was born. It’s my first comic, I maybe will make more in the future.
