Description
The first course in the leaf cup is returning from Super Mario Kart. It is 3 laps long.

Major Changes:

1. Visuals- while the Super Nintendo version of the course appeared to be a small icy lake in a (flat) tundra, this new version takes more inspiration from N64 Sherbet Land, with high rock walls surrounding the outer edge of the course, with the lake in the middle. The visuals will also be much more crisp than the original (of course). There are more set pieces around the course to emphasize the 'vanilla' part of the track's name, such as a large ice cream scoop in the center of the lake.

2. New Track Design- the original version of this course was just a loop, with the primary hazards being ice physics, small ice blocks, and falling into the lake. To add variety, the course now has a few new mechanics centered around giant cherries (fitting the ice cream theme). Abound halfway through the course, there is a section where, on laps 2 and 3, rogue cherries will fall down over the cliff walls and crack the ice the players are racing on. Where a cherry lands, the ice will fracture, and enough fractures will eventually sink and/or break most of the raceway, and racers are forced to drive underwater on the final lap. In a few locations where cherries are bobbing in the lake, they will act like bouncy mushroom pads. This is mostly in the top and bottom edges of the map. The section at the end of the course will gradually fill in with bouncy cherries over the course of three laps.
