With me, I just either snipe them with my mod bow and arrow or I just use the TCL command, sneak under them and just Fus-Ro-Dah them from below. Or sometimes the usual W+Left Mouse+TGM (Up,Down,Up,Down,Left,Right,Left,Right,B,A,Select,Start)
