I thought about eating doors (that's how my Bosmer rolls Β ) but not about hitting people with it to steal their stuff

Excellent work, as always!

Great, now you can rip doors apart and hit people with them. As if I wasn't scared enough by your singing horse D:

Girl's a born basher, doesn't know any better. But throw magic at her from the back and she's not so scary

So, it means Serana has the upper hand during a "debate" (= Serana shooting icicles at Margot for no reason) with your Durrhgunbjern?

Yup, I don't bother with enchanting, so apart from spellbreaker there's 0 magic protection. Margot had to develop her arkanoid skills.

Wandering in Skyrim with an armor that has no health regen enchantment is like being a wabbit during hunting season. Thanks goodness for quicksaves quickshaves, my beard is safe from random necromancers plotting about raising an undead army and take over the world.

It's still pretty easy, my other character has no enchantments, no followers and the worst combat style in the game, dual weapons. Now this one has a tough life.

Wow, sucks to be him. Can't say he's not a brave man, though.

Mine's gonna be a burglar of sorts, although I had the idea of making him a chargin' warrior, berserker style. I think I'm gonna go for a balance in all skills when I'll level him up more, but for now he's gonna keep living in the Grey Quarter, making ends meet through mercenary jobs and robbing nobles. With some luck, he'll end up with a bounty in all Holds and spend the rest of his days as a bandit leader. If not, guard booty duty.

Sword&shield is great for both of these styles, I'm actually surprised it's not more popular. Nothing like a sneak attack and a power bash to keep them surprised. Or shield sprint at a wimpy mage. omg I'm turning into margot

I'd like to try an alternate, mixed-up fighting technique one day: Destruction Magic/Staff in the right hand, shield in the left. Having a good defense while using ranged attacks. Maybe Flames for close combat and fireballs for long-distance hits, and deflecting weapon and magical hits with Spellbreaker. No melee at all, I wonder how long would I survive with this :/

I thought One Handed and Shield were the favourite for many Skyrim players, but I guess that a lot of people are into sorcery and sneak mostly. So unoriginal though. People ought to experiment more custom builds. For example, heavy armor, one-handed and illusion would make for a nice Centurion/Imperial Officer build, using Courage spells on your followers and pretend to be "boosting morale".

Also what's been keeping you so busy these last days? Herman's been bothering you again?

Sounds interesting, I've never seen this setup in action. Nothing can be worse than dual weapons. Maybe archery, at least in my case

You mean that I'm not uploading much lately? I'm thinking about closing commissions temporarily, they are eating all my attention plus I have sick eyes and have to lie down with eye cream and hot compresses 4 times a day.

Thankfully we have Nexus, the mod's called Dual Parrying if I remember correctly. As of archery...there's a mod for that too, it adds a stagger effect/animation when you hit people with arrows or power attacks (along other cool combat fixes, like stamina goes down instead of health when you're parrying). Too bad I don't remember the name right now, sigh.

Dear God, take some damn rest, woman. Seriously, it's not worth it if you're soring your eyes on that. Leave your pc closed for some days and have a ride on your bike, take a dive at the beach, do whatever it takes for you to get healthy again. Please, you need some sort of vacation from your DA works, otherwise they'll turn into a boring duty and not a fun activity.

spaceskeleton In reply to Akeidamos [2014-02-08 15:52:26 +0000 UTC]

Oh no, I do rest but have no energy left to draw my own stuff... good thing I note down all my ideas. My skyrim comic will end approximately in 2040.

Akeidamos In reply to spaceskeleton [2014-02-08 16:06:33 +0000 UTC]

Good thing you make note of your ideas but, 2040? So soon? Well, talk about early retirement XD

Jokes apart, maybe you should take a short vacation or something after you're done with commissions, then get back on your own comic (you probably thought thatΒ already, but I felt like using my brain for useful suggestions for once )
