my tablet’s charger is busted so before i went back into commissions i went ahead and did some artwork of my dovahkiin to get used to using an intuos again to do other things than 3D textures and also get used to my monitor that seriously needs to be calibrated. i should’ve asked for that for christmas 
also i changed my signature because crediting on tumblr is a very difficult thing to do for some people.

This drawing is consistent with the rest of her portraits; this character is not some skinny, nearly-nude bimbo, but a no-nonsense warrior with a robust physique... what else could she wish for?

I can tell from the way the background looks, but that's the tavern in Windhelm yes?
Interesting backstory I made about my Nord character, Fira. At the time of the game's timeline, she would be 23 years old. But when she was younger, she grew up in Windhelm with her parents. Then they move to the Imperial City (I can't spell it right now, but yea Imperial City as in the homeland of the Imperials, like in TES: Oblivion). Then the Thalmor come and kill her parents both, then lock her up so they can prepare to kill her too. But thankfully, she was able to escape.
But yea, my character grew up almost all her life in Windhelm. And as soon as I saw this amazing picture, I got to envisioning Fira: Clad in her Ebony Armor, her Daedric Greatsword leaning against like the wall or something. She's sitting in front of the fireplace at her home in Windhelm, sipping on a bottle of mead. And as she sits there by herself, she says to herself out loud...
"At the end of each day, it's good to be here at home. Just to kick back, and relax a little. Here's to the life of a Dragonborn..."
Great job on this one, too. Your art never ceases to amaze me.

Now I take back what I said about the Ebony Armor and Daedric Greatsword. xDD
Instead, Fira is clan in her Scaled Armor, Steel Nordic Gauntlets and Steel Cuffed Boots, and a Dragonbone Greatsword is leaning against the wall, and beside it a Steel Horned Helmet. Yea, that's the new look for my Dragonborn. xDD
Anyway though, Yea just wanted to point that out. xDD
