I don't really like having a housecarl in my homes in skyrim, which is why i usually just try to become thane of windhelm and well whiterun but i don't really have a choice for that one. But i don't mind lydia in breezehome. She's cool. :IRelated content

I'd keep Lydia as my follower if creators would have given her better combat AI. She's really cool personal bodyguard - she's literally shielding you from all the enemies with herself. Unfortunately, she's trying to do it also when you're a warrior. So she got in the way all the time and frequently got hit by my dovahkiin accidentally. Not to say that she spoiled many sneaking tries with her blind but impressive courage which lets her charge at the Snow Troll on level 3.

Yeah Lydia is pretty cool. When I first started playing I'd always have her around. Well, until she died :c But yeah she does have the habit of either attacking right away while I'm sneaking or she ends up tripping in her own armor and alerts nearby ennemies... Now I usually have Ulfric or Vilkas with me as a follower and unfortunately they do the same thing XD

Eh, quite honestly all the characters I've had as followers were reckless when it came to fighting XD I guess the combat AI changes a few things but I don't feel it's that noticeable. It's still quite entertaining to watch them destroy all of my ennemies while I just sit back and watch, though XD

I don't know how, but when I saw this, I thought "Hmm, Lydia in this looks a awful lot like Whitney, my wife. The face shape... The hair... the lips... Oh my those lips... It just makes me want to just reach in and... Hehe. Β Β And those eyes too. Absolutely amazing.

Oh, Lydia. What a classic.
This is a lovely, lovely portrait of her. I really like her facial structure! (Especially those lips! Wow!) She looks strong, ready for battle, as Lydia always is. I loooove the way you paint hair! it looks so free and wonderful and the texture of her skin is just incredible.

I admire the way you can capture the skyrim characters in such a way they come alive in your drawing. The characters in skyrim do not have a straight personality. they don't know expressions, and you still can give me the feeling they exist and aren't a mere figure i n the game. Well done and keep up the great work!

I won't say an absolute yes to that but I'll definitely keep it in mind! As much as I like them I want to draw other characters than Vilkas and Ulfric lol especially if they're khajiits or argonians so I'll keep it in mind!

Oh god I made a sabertooth cat follower for a friend and that's all he ever does. It's worse in the Palace of the Kings because he keeps doing that in door ways. I just try to get out and he stares, standing in the door way, and then he lies down and keeps me from leaving >:c
