Description
A while back I painted Celestia and it was suggested to me that Celestia would look good in an Elizabethan Ruff especially in my art style so I decided to give it a try. I quickly realized as I was thumb-nailing that the pose I wanted Celestia in would work best if I made her anthro, so I did! First time doing that, and I think she turned out pretty decently. I don't know, maybe I can actually draw humans after all! Let me know what you think
