I had an extra Jazware Silver figure so I thought, "Hey why not make a NiGHTS?"Basically all that was done is that the spines were removed, filled in the hole and then painted it. However during painting there was an accident where his left hand snapped off so it had to be glued in place, thankfully the bicep swivel allows for it to still move. My mom didn't notice NIGHTS had a diamond on his chest (idk how you can see it in both ref pictures I printed) so let's all pretend he's wearing a white one like in sonic shuffle. Oh and that Shleep is just a cheep paint-able toy sheep that we got for the sake of being a shleep.

My mom did the eyes and the filling in the hole in his head and my uncle sanded away his back spines so I can't take all the credit

It wasn't that difficult actually, the only main problem was fixing the paint when it got on the wrong part of his body.

I doubt I can get it done in time for the Arizona Comic Con, the dress needs details sewn on, we need to find the right kind of grey gloves (and six of them at that) and we haven't even STARTED on the helmet.
