In which Loki is a mermaidman.There seems to be an mermaid AU in every fandom (at least I’ve seen things like that before). I got the idea for this while reading Norse mythology. Loki turned himself into a fish to escape the other gods (he’d done something to anger them but I don’t remember what). Nobody could catch him but Thor, who used Loki’s magical fishnets for it. (the irony~)
so well, here it is, I put more effort into coloring than usual, I hope it was worth it ^^
Ironically I hate the linarts while I really like the background (normally it's in reverse)

naja wenn ich glück hab, hast du noch nicht von der geschichte gehört, in der loki thors hammer an irgendeinen jöten verdumbeudelt hat und die den nur wiederbekommen konnten indem sie thor als braut für den jöten verkleiden und loki kommt als brautjungfer mit C: beste geschichte ever

XD Ja ich Ken diese Geschichte! Ich hab mir gleich nachdem ich den Film gesehen habe ein Buch über Mythologie ausgeliehen. Ich kenn mich zwar sehr gut mit den Griechen aus aber den Norden hab ich bisher ignoriert ^^ Loki macht mir Angst, vor allem wenn ich mir die ganzen Sachen mit der Filmversion vorstelle...

ne ich intressier mich da schon sau lange ... während des films hab ich immer wieder gesagt wie schlecht loki interpretiert wurde und das das und das doch eh nicht passieren würde und wie witzig die und die sache ist weil das in der mythologie tatsächlich so ist ect ect xDD
ehrlich gesagt kann ich marvel-loki nicht ganz so ernst nehmen xDD
aber ja sein schicksal ist furchteregend und meiner meinung nach fast schon klassisch tragödisch ich mein: hallo wer wäre nicht rasend vor wut und rache, wenn er ewigkeiten angefesselt ist und ihm säure in die augen spritzt? xP

There isn't any mermaid AU's in Sherlock Holmes (The books/classic tv-shows) or Doctor Who (master/doctor ones)...that I can find at least *sniff, sniff*

Actualy I think this is the part of Lokasenna that takes place after Loki insults all the other gods 'couse he wasn't invited to Aegir's awesome party hehe

Hehe yeah thats how it went.. just tried to make it shorter.. I actualy made a translated wikipedia page of Lokasenna in my own language.. so I kind of know it by heart xD

I follow the saga as a way of life. Wikipedia is not allways reliable. Loki transforms himself into a salmon, it's true but it is only after Baldur's death. he builds a hut with four windows facing north, south, east and west. He hid by day as salmon and at night he sat in the hut. for he showed that the gods would try to catch him because he would not weep for Baldur's death. Thor captures Loki while he is a salmon, he had to use so much force to restrain him, the change in the tail of the salmon. That's why they look like they do. I come from scandinavia I grew up with these stories, I can them in their sleep.

AUs man muss sie einfach lieben~ ich glaube so eins hab ich im vorüber gehen mal gelesen aber ich weiß nicht mehr worum es genau ging. Ich wurde von Tonys Waffeleisen abgelenkt und wieso Loki/waffle iron zum OTP mutiert ist... Oh, Internet du bist so seltsam Marvel hat mir meinen DW Marathon ruiniert XD
College/High School/Schule allgemein findet man auch überall lol
Fallst du die ganzen Mythos lesen willst, die Geschichte heißt "Baldurs Traum" sehr schön auch wenn mir Loki sehr leid tut. Ausserdem führt es mit zum Ragnarök ;___;

Ich liebe AUs, gender bend und crossovers. Marvel hat all das im canon X3 Dafür liebe ich sie! Auch wenn ich die Comics nicht so mag, der Stil ist einfach nicht mein Ding ^^'

Ich versteh das Waffeleisen überhaupt nicht... So viel ich weiß ist es Tonys und Loki findet es toll. Ich versteh Thor/Kaffeemaschiene, das Waffeleisen verwirrt mich einfach nur. Ich ship da lieber Tony/Loki ohne das Waffeleisen XD
Crossover sind lustig vorallen wenn Loki sich bei Moriarty und dem Master ausheult. Genderbend ist nicht so mein Ding obwohl ich mich über Dooms Fantasien über Emma Frost und Lady Loki kaputt lache. Oh ja, und der Drogen missbrauch. Wusstest du das Marvel ein Kokainmonster hat? lol

they were angry with Loki because he killed Baldur with an arrow made out of mistletoe. He had Baldur's blind brother Hodur shoot the arrow at Baldur. Odin had all things in existence promise never to harm him, thus making him completely indestructable. In fact he was so impervious to injury that at banquets guests used to amuse themselves by hurling things at him.
