If you do bind your chest, the recommended time to bind is 8 hours max.

I made this because it's a HUGE pet peeve of mine when they show a transman using ace bandages in pro-trans videos, since it's not safe. There are several young and impressionable people out there that could hurt themselves thinking ace bandages are ok to use.
