This traditional artwork took far, far longer than it should have, but it is finally finished! I really love this design, it was genuinely fun to figure out and interesting to colour (it tested my watercolouring skills).The character in question belongs to FumblingNarwhal on Flight Rising - it is of their unnamed Imperial dragon. The art belongs to me.
