Description
First off, yes, I am well aware of how crappy the coloring is. I don't have a professional coloring thing and when I did download a trail of photoshop (I don't own one), I had already colored them in. As such, if I ever decide to update the image again, I will. But if anyone wants to give it a shot, be my guest! This is for the PDA group and I'm excited. I'll create one more for sure.

Name: Jotaro Mugen
Age: 20
Weapon: Two Katanas, usually dual wielding them to the best of his ability
Persona: Zushakon
Arcana: Death
Symbolism: With the separation of his parents, Jotaro has had to deal with the pressures of family life more then he has wanted. Like a butterfly, he has taken a new form for this life as best as he can.
Abilities: Dark Spells, Ice, Healing
Team: No Team at the Moment
Bio/info: Born into a high middle class family, Jotaro was a second child to a businessman and a teacher. Jotaro was the rather oddball of the group, not being very active like his other relatives, he chose to study a little and hang out with his friends more. Yet this is not to say that he is a party animal, far from it. Jotaro in fact doesn’t go to parties, often feeling out of place most of the time and would rather talk with a few friends then be in the spotlight. Yet when that spotlight does come, he’ll try and put on a good show.
A lover of movies, games and comic books from the US and Japan, Jotaro actually knows the way of the sword…somewhat. It’s better then some people but if he went head to head with someone else with a set of blades, chances are he would get beaten rather badly, which is how he got the scan on his chin.
When Jotaro started attending college, he was hit with hard news. His parents were getting divorced. The reason? Only Jotaro’s mother knew, as she was the one who asked for it. Tensions ran high and soon Jotaro found himself being forced to choose a side. Stay on good terms with his mother and possibly face rejections from the rest of his family, or be friendly to his father, who had sacrificed much for his wife’s happiness and was hit hard by the news.
This all came bubbling up when Jotaro awoke one night to get a drink from a store when the Dark Hour struck. At first, Jotaro thought his mind was playing tricks on him. After all, one time when he was driving his sister back from the bar at 3 in the morning, he once thought the road was covered in mongooses (and no, he doesn’t drink or do drugs). Yet soon a realization befell him. Those coffins were actually there. Naturally, he did something most people would do: freak out.
Worried, he head something walking towards him. When he expected to hear humans, he insteand encountered strange creatures. Not having any weapons or clue on what they were, he ran. He ran as fast as he could and as far as he could. His dorm wasn’t safe, as those creatures were there as well. His heart was pounding, his breath ragged and his eyes heavy. He needed to rest, yet his mind was screaming not to. Whatever those things were, they weren’t friendly by any means.
He entered a room that was empty. He had no idea where he was but until things got back to normal, he would wait here. Unfortunately for him, the oddball attracted the abnormal, no matter where he was. He heard a small series of sobbing in the corner. He turned and saw a figure dressed entirely in black, his glasses shattered. That figure…was him.
The thing languished his story to its original. How he wanted everything to go back to normal, for his parents to return and for all of this to end. He wanted to pressures of school and life to fade away and to let him have a normal life once again, not troubled about any of the problems he faced. Jotaro offered help until the thing snapped saying how could a broken man lend a shoulder when he could be blown over by a breeze.
The thing antagonized Jotaro more and more. Egging him on, saying that not only were these feelings the ones Jotaro had, but he, the creature, was Jotaro himself. Jotaro was pressed against the wall. Maybe it was having to face himself like this, maybe it was the fatique, maybe it was fright or maybe it was the fact that Jotaro did not want to face this reality that he proclaimed that this thing was not Jotaro.
Jotaro felt a few things at that moment. As that thing began to twist and morph itself into some being, Jotaro felt added fatigue pressing into him, as if he was suddenly carrying 100 lbs on his back suddenly. He passed out, unable to handle the pressure. He heard sounds, and crashes all about him. He had no clue what was going on, everything was a blur.
Yet Jotaro remained alive, he awoke to find himself seeing that creature now back to it’s normal self, Jotaro finally saying that yes, he did feel this way. There were times when he just couldn’t handle the pressure of life and that he prayed for simpler days, or a way to escape it all (yet not death, he wasn’t suicidal by any means). The figure simply muttered that he only skimmed the surface of his problems, and that he would have a long way to go. With that, Jotaro passed out once more, the figure being replaced by something…different.
When Jotaro awoke, he found himself in the nurse’s office, still in his pajamas. The nurse had found him there that morning and he was still tired and nauseous from the night. Yet he couldn’t help but feel that it was all true. Returning back to his dorm and telling everyone in his family that he was fine, Jotaro remained in bed for over a week, recovering slowly.
Yet Jotaro was also in thought as well. He had no idea who had saved him if anyone, and what he should do if these powers existed. Yet he began to notice something as well. If he in fact stayed up late enough, the power went out once again and he had a feeling those things were back outside.
It took time for him to work up the courage to go back outside during this time Armed with a wooden katana he had gotten at an anime convention, Jotaro soon found himself against those things. It was then he heard that voice in his head. Somehow…he felt calm. At first he thought that he was just so afraid that he thought he was calm, but no. He was actually relatively calm. It was then he focused and held out his hand, a blue card suddenly in his hand. Stabbing it with his katanna, he yelled a single word. "PERSONA!"
Jotaro has since been trying to juggle his school life (being an English major), his activity (being a DJ for the campus radio for a two hour show), home drama and now this. With the aid of his Persona, he only knows the bare minimum Persona and Shadows. Yet sometimes, Jotaro didn’t need to know everything to do decent on something. Purchasing two real katannas, Jotaro will go out a few weekday nights and Saturday and Sunday to try and beat as many of those Shadows. Yet Jotaro started to realize something.
If ever Jotaro didn’t use his Persona for a period of time or if he started to become depressed from family issues once more, his Persona would weaken and in some cases, his Shadow would overtake his Persona, attacking both Jotaro and enemy alike, leaving Jotaro even more tired from the excursion.
Jotaro’s favorite food is pizza and pasta, his least favorite being really spicy food, mainly Hispanic food. His favorite type of music is rock while his least favorite is rap/hip hop. Jotaro is straight and single, yet has a feeling he won’t get a girlfriend unless the girl is blind, deaf and in a coma. Jotaro also generally likes to dress very casually, not liking to dress too fancy for an event unless he really needs to. A gamer and lover of movies and anime, he also does cosplay, though can sometimes be embarrassed to tell people as he’s afraid he’ll be ridiculed for his choice.
He’s kind and while he can say and do a few stupid things, he is very kind and sometimes will come up with very good educated guesses about something he doesn’t know. Also, his hindsight can generally be 20/20, and while he’ll sometimes have reserves not to do certain things, he’ll do other things and often question if what he did was alright a few hours later. All and all, Jotaro is an okay guy. Not a prince charming by any standards or Einstein, but he’s there.

Ok I'm happy with your enthusiasm, and I'm thrilled your very into your character's story, but please for the sake of keeping things simple, tone down the bio.

One more thing... I think you misunderstood me about the last change to Deathly Bells, 'cause "30% Damage of Current/Maximum Health " doesn't make sense... it has to be Current OR Maximum health.
optional info: If you want to base the choice on MegaTen games, Hama (light) skills in Digital Devil Saga took from a % of current health. However, since there is no basis for this in Persona, that's why you can decide for Deathly Bells to go either way.

Issue with your revision: Dark and Light spells can only damage a % of the target's health. From the description, Deathly Bells sounds more like a phys attack.

Skill issues:
Mudo and Mamudoon's hit % are both 40%. However, you should change one of them since they are at opposite ends of the mudo strength spectrum (mudo < mamudo < mudoon < mamudoon). While it is legitimate, it is very awkward since persona typically learn skills that are consecutive on the spectrume (eg, mudo & mamudo, mamudo & mudoon, or mudoon & mamuddon). I suggest making the change so it will seem more natural.
For your special move, please define what element the attack is. "Ineffective against light" is useless because persona have no inherent 'type,' only various affinities to each element. Damage-wise, each of the three hits should do no more than light damage (making it medium strength in the end).
