Description I sing of a touch, soft and gentle
Of warm hands on a blushing cheek
Soft lips across a sleeping face
    Love in but a dream
I sing of the warm air caressing my face
    Each breath you take
    Reminds me of your presence
    So near to me
    So dear to me
With a soft gentle kiss, my eyes flutter open
I sing of your brown eyes gazing into mine
    Of the simplest, softest touch
And the fireworks you set off inside of me
My heart leaps with the touch of your hand
I sing of a boy and a girl
    Seeing nothing but each other
For a few bittersweet, broken moments in this life
With the strength from you
    I sing of finally awakening
    To find myself alone
    This was but a dream.

Aww, I love Walt Witman . And I love this poem. I think he would be proud that someone wrote such a great poem in his likeness .

I don't think he would. I always have imagined him as a kind person. Then again I always imagine that poets are.
