I can stand up at last.
I can breathe.
As I draw in the vibrance of your body
And the tonal lilt of your mind
I am free.
The music of your body surrounds me
enwraps me
fills my mind with peaceful soul.
I can't escape your rhythm
You're the maestro
fully in control.
I try and fight the music,
but all I feel is pull.
So come,
join with me in dancing
and we'll erase the night and day
with our souls entwined,
and our feet playing out the chaotic beauty of life,
we'll carry each other away.
And with the dying of the music
so we, too, must end.
the beauty of our encircling bodies,
and the orchestra of our minds,
we must, at some point, rend.
Unless we find the music,
deep down within our hearts.

never minding life,
we can do what's hard,
