I guess calling Adam a "monster" is one of his berserk buttons...
Of course I highly suspect that Vordenberg doesn't even like the idea that Vampires like Wampyr and his wife, Clarimonde, Varney and of course even Blacula are also on the Apex Society's side since he also wants them dead as well no matter how reformed they are...

On the one hand Baron Vordenburg is being needlessly rude and using a fairly blunt point to needle the Elder Frankenstein (Count Wampyr and his Bride definitely appear to be more a peculiarity than a supernatural menace); on the other Adam Frankenstein's relationship with the pair of them IS a potential vulnerability - an emotional attachment that could be exploited to cloud his reason (very much as happens here), especially by someone who delights in mind games like Count Dracula (who almost certainly has a Score to settle with Count Wampyr).
We should also consider the fact that Shelley's Frankenstein (whether Victor OR his "Daemon") was never the most emotionally stable and wonder how far past that fundamental insecurity the Apex Society Frankenstein has been able to move on.

Then again, it's highly possible that Adam Frankenstein might have a history with Dracula before though so this might not be the first time he's dealt with him...
Also this also means we're getting our closest Novel Dracula vs Novel Frankenstein confrontation soon....

Very Possibly - unless Count Dracula is cunning enough to give such a formidable opponent the slip, which he almost certainly is (it's interesting to note that in the eponymous novel Dracula himself appears quite willing to avoid confrontation with armed and ready hunters, preferring to side-step prepared opposition and land his blow at a time & place where his targets are much less ready to withstand him).
On the other hand Frankenstein's daemon knows more than a little about hunting and being hunted himself; it should be quite a match!
