Description
I decided to make a tribute to a book called Cryptozoologicon.

In case you don’t know what that is, Cryptozoologicon is known for reimagining cryptids as undiscovered realistic animals, which includes Bigfoot, the Yeti, the Chupacabra, the Bunyip, and so on. It is also one of the main sources of inspirations behind my ongoing project, Henderology, which also depicts cryptids (albeit fictional) as animals.
So far, only Volume I has been released, as the second volume is still in development. Either way, it’s worth the read!

So for this tribute, I chose to draw the Goatman, my personal favorite of this book. This cryptid, that was claimed to be half-human and half-goat, is depicted as a large bipedal Old World monkey that migrated to North America during the Pleistocene, and can run large distances from danger.
