The new and improved version of General Dynamics Land Systems Canada's Light Armoured Vehicle (LAV) has been dubbed the "LAV Up" program, but is also known as the LAV 6.0 , and is expected to upgrade 550 of the Canadian Forces' LAV IIIs. GDLS-C has a big community presence in London, Ontario, and recently brought their new vehicle to show off at the Royal Canadian Regiment during their regimental reunion at Wolseley Barracks.More information can be found here: www.gdlscanada.com/index.php/p…

Actually it has a 25mm Bushmaster M242 cannon, but that could be changed per customer's requests though. I think the Colombians outfitted their LAV IIIs with 30mms.

It not only looks mean, it sounds mean! It is way louder than any of the older vehicles, so I don't think it will sneak up on anyone! It does look nice though!

sometime it a good thing, because when they do such noise at long distance, you cannot figure out where the noise come from.

new, if we can get more space it would be wonderful, there is enough space to fit in..................and don't move a single finger (but then, i'm 6,1 for 270 lb too)

Ah fair enough, I am only 5'9" so I fit nicely inside when I've been there at the plant, but I get what you mean when you say you can't move though, especially with it jam packed full of guys and kit!
