Awesome work as always dude. Yeah, the same thing happens to me every time I start to draw a picture, stay up to finish it. It's like it haunts you at night telling you to finish it. Finish meeee.... Finish meeee, ALRIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!! It scares me sometimes.

That is amazing. I especially love the eyes. All with a pencil, too. 8D

wow, this is truly inspiring! You combine charcoal and graphite, correct? how do you get good mid tones for doing that?

The midtones are all done in graphite. Charcoal's got an excellent pitch-black hue, but it's difficult to squeeze smooth gradients out of it. Usually I just keep it confined to small areas that emphasize important dark features, like the circumference of the eye or the inner part of the ear.

Don't over work yourself, mate.Still,i know what you mean, sometimes i like to keep a drawing going until it's done.Something like this i find mentally draining and i can't do them these days.Beautiful as always though.
Btw,whats your tools for this?

Mentally draining indeed, but nothing compares to the thrill of completion
As for tools, it was a 4H-8B sketch set and 0.5mm mechanical pencil.

Hahaha Totally know that feeling, "Don't care what time it is, chores for later, I won't do anything else until this piece is complete" is what I tell myself. XD
