Shouldn't she watch her figure? The Swedish sausage stroganoff is actually a variation on the Russian beef stroganoff, with the beef replaced with falukorv. [link]
The falukorv has no English equivalent, since it is not a sausage by those standards. And it sure is a cholesterole hazard, and should only be consumed by those with a raging metabolism. XD
