What actually happened was that the cookies melted in the oven, we ruined a nice cookie sheet (and the bottom of said oven), and we set nearly set off the smoke alarms. What’s worse was that we tried the same thing AGAIN thirty minutes later and got the same results.

They were normal sized cookies! We don’t know what went wrong. We tried a second time with a lower temperature but well.....turns out the oven just hated us
