U have some interesting designs here...why not do a sort of introduction art for each of them? Sort of explaining their histories, powers or skills, etc..

Great work! I really like that you created totaly different characters and such good clothing for all of them. The dresses of the women are all really detailed and the shading is perfect. My favorite character is the one on right the top and the one below him.

Amazing idea. I would love to try this concept (if my drawing as worth anything) since all my characters live in different worlds and some such. Maybe you could do this for commissions and requests? I'd sure be a buyer if I wasn't so broke!
As for the picture itself, I have to say I love how each seems to have their own personality and story, along with the colors and the style. In the end, the only thing I have trouble with is the background, unless they all happened to be in the same place at the same time. Either way, well done!

The background here does not really belong to the characters. I just put one of my paintings behind the characters to make them 'stand out' properly. Thank you again very, very much!

Game character design? Sounds fun, and you sound like you're certainly doing what you love! I'm sort of the same way with bringing characters to life- sometimes I just write a few paragraph story just to see if they can breathe.
It's fine about the commissions! I might request one eventually for mine, but as for now I'm broke anyway.
