About 4 months. Ive always been quite flexible but I started training seriously around...December/January.

Being that flexible must be really helpful for gymnastics. And you are a dancer too, right??

I am gymnast (artistic).
Let's say that it is very useful, and easier for the sport.
I attend a school in most of contortion, and this helped me a lot better physically integrate even more in the gymnastic
They are in the second year of school and I have reached excellent results in the gymnastic that I could use to increase my fluency of my motor performance. In addition to becoming more articulated (normal), I feel more energetic and much better than when I attended the contortion.

Well I do dance yeah, but I would consider myself as a gymnast/contortionist that does dancing on the side. it is helpful, youre right =]
