Hey thanks, it doesn't hurt but it's really hard to breathe while doing it so I can't hold it for that long. Hurt = no, Fun = Hell yes!

haha thanks my feet weren't flat yet. I have been lazy since gymnastics has started and have stopped stretching which has been like 2 weeks !! I have been working to much on strength i have to go back to flexibility. Oh and don't worry you'll get it that photo was taken on day 4 of my contortion stretching

Yeah, gymnastics tends to take all your energy. There were only four people in one of my classes recently... I tried to roll into a chest stand after that and was too tired to hold it for even a second.
