Just stretch every day and you'll be able to do it I can do them without the wall but the wall just helps you get deeper into the stretch and also helps you balance it.

lol okay ill ber hat in mind, my friends used to do it on fences becase they coulnt do it normally lol they like climb dow the fnces : P and no but im quite flexible : P
