He has the coolest name but visually kinda lacking. A redesign would be great to see. I think he can become like a poor man's Batman. Hobie isn't a dectective like Bats but could enforce the law scaring the crap outta criminals. That would be cool.

Prowler is one of those characters they need to do more with before somebody decides to take the concept and make him some kind of hellspawn or something.
