[ARCHIVE NOTE 2023: Leaving this out of the scraps, I do rather like this one.]

With all the characters from throughout Crash's history that have been added to Nitro-Fueled, it might be a matter of time before we get some sort of Titans rep. Spike's the FIRST Titan you come across (in COTT, anyway, I haven't played MOM) and reappears in almost every level. So it's not like he's TOO unmemorable, and he's got a few recolours to pick from across those two games for the basic skins.
Plus, we've gotten obscurer characters already - Yaya, Hasty and Megamix spring to mind - so... why not? Beenox clearly isn't afraid of using bits from this era (Coco & Crunch's Spyro GP skins, N.Brio's "I INVENTED IT" in the Halloween GP intro, and Apo-Apo's entire design).

...look, I just like his design. I'm fine if he ends up in a later GP - there are other, more wanted characters to bring in first, after all!

You'd think Badaboom is the font used for the CTRNF menus, but apparently not. Close enough, I guess.
