Swans are so graceful when they flap their wings like that. I actually did some swan drawings and a painting of a swan my Senior year of high school too (this past year in fact).

yes, yes it is. ^_^ My first try at it actually. ^_^ That was the assignment that taught us how to do it. hehe, my hand KILLED after that. lol. Thank you so much.

awwww!!! Thank you!!! Yeah, my hand hurt a lot when doing this. I haven't really had the urge to do it again though, I've started some... I have a cat almost done, but man, it takes forever. lol. Thank you much so.

That's very well done. You captured the grace of the swan perfectly without really stylizing it's lines. The shadowy nature to the swan's form and the rippling water lend a strong sense of depth and motion.
