So the big lizard has armor, interesting. Are they are tank? The smaller ones I can assume they are balance for combat and strategy, correct?

Ah, the big ones in armor are what Meganus males normally look like in their natural habitat.
Very few of them stay that way while living in Havien, because the gravity is much heavier, the air is dry and cold, and they are like frogs.
Most of the smaller ones are just brains and a few important organs in a cyborg body

Gravity affects them less because of their weight, and more because their bone structure isn’t suited to it.
There are MANY many MAAANY more male Meganus than females.
Like, at least 400 to every 1.

Unfortunately, a code flare isn't like an EMP (which would also do major damage to kamen technology), it's more like a temporary Hack to their systems.
