For 's contest!- the whole design is based around neon and pretty fluorescent colors
it's long, flexible neck is filled with glowstick fluid and can change colors-and it's tongue leaks this gooey stuff too.
If badly damaged though, it's neck can shatter. This is why it carries an extra of each color vial just in case~!
