When I noticed her having blue eyes, the palette somehow formed itself xDD I also very much love oriental art with blue and turqouise colours. It is still a colour that stands for royalty, beauty and wealth in the arabic lands, probably because it is the colour of water, which is a rare treasure to them. 9-Ā 6 wow... my words even sound logical for a change...
