Description
Mar sits in front of the soon-to-be-completed Gun, examining skull of a long dead soldier and contemplating his approaching, inevitable death.This piece was inspired by the statue of Hamlet made by Ronald Sutherland Gower.

Is his death part of your story? Because I don't remember them saying that Mar died in any of the Jak games. I thought he just disappeared.

In Jak II, Mar's death is referenced in one of the cutscenes in which Krew mentions the "impossibly powerful gun Mar built," and then says that "the poor fool died before he could use it."

There is that. Of course, we all know how trust worthy Krew is, but then again, that wouldn't prevent Jak from worrying about it.
Plus there's the whole 'Is Jak Mar? Or Mar's descendant named after him?" debate.

I think it was pretty well suggested that Jak is 'The Mar' and not a genetic descendent of the same name (although he probably was named after Mar by his father, creating a bit of a historical paradox)

Suggested, but never really proven. Probably won't be if they don't make another Jak game, at that.

Kiera is only 1 year younger then Jak, when Jak goes back in time, he's at least..what? 3? 4? And Samos goes with him.
So by that math, Kiera would have been born two years before Samos was even back in that time, and conceived nine months before that.
So even if Jak is 2 at the time of him going back in time, it wouldn't work.

Serious? it was part of the climax of Jak II. Jak used the Precursor stone to activate the Gun and blast a hole through the Nest's barrier rock so that he could get to Kor.
