Wings of Fear - Phoboptero has a extraordinary ability which earns him his name. Wings outspread the beast appears huge and monstrous to which his eyes are the only thing visible this triggers the "Fight or Flight" mechanism in the brain causing those who cannot stand up to him to run in fear.
Eye Beams - The glowing seems to be caused by a bizarre form of energy he builds up a energy he can throw at opponents or "eye beams"
Hurricane Wings - Like most creatures of his size and wingspan He can whip up strong gusts in a instant
Trooper - Phoboptero has allies whom he can always rely on when In battle to come to his aid.

Personality & Behaviour:
Phoboptero has a sweet disposition, he can easily sit and watch the world go by, but the thing that riles him up the most is disruption, someone willingly disrupting the current order really upsets him and gets the beast into motion.
Phoboptero is not above swooping down for random play fights for the hell of it.

He is a recluse when eating but appears to prefer fish and plant roots.

Weaknesses:
Eye shot - Because his eyes are 'essential' to him in fighting taking them out of action can quickly pull him down.
Back off - While armored with spines his back is a large and easy target
Fragile - While not the main part of them his wings 'fingers' are fragile

Fighting Style:
Phoboptero will prefer to scare off a enemy before engaging in combat.

Origin:
Seemingly irritated the Shadow did what could only be described as some sort of pacing but in his head, Zake however had only recently become aware of the destruction dropped on them by the 'Aztekka' beast
"There was plenty to eat there but not enough I still feel hungry! It's your damn fault!" He snapped
"Sure! Blame it on me the person who hasn't even been conscious most of the time! Makes sense!" Zake snapped back equally
"Well if you wern't such a problem body to get hold of I wouldn't have needed to waste so much energy on it!"
"As I recall I couldn't exactly fight you much anyway" He snorted
"Bah! I've been here longer than you it always take's energy to switch bodies" he hissed
"Um, Switch?" This Shadow was slipping, this would be a perfect time to learn more about him
"Awww" He cooed "Poor Zakey-wake! Did you think you were my first?" his tone going far beyond patronizing, livid Zake could only yell at himself the Shadow had a unnerving habit of blocking him out it made it hard for him to know when he was listening or not even still he had the most control over the body he could cause deliberate harm if he wanted to, he'd seen it in fantasy films but he'd never thought he'd actually end up a prisoner in his own body. Fuckin' creepy. He liked Vuzz though, Vuzz had all the personality of a doormat, maybe less, but he at least grew fond of the insect times spent flying were the only times he seemed able to relax and let go, until he got smothered again and everything else was a blur at best.
"Oooooooh SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT!" he felt his throat contract to yell and instantaneously he was 'awake' in his own body to see himself atop another of these colossal beasts, his clothes strapped to his skin as harsh winds stuck them there, this beast was airborne and he was on it's head clinging to a spot in between two of four horn-like protrusions, but the creature dived and it's head dipped and Zake slid down the beasts snout
"Can't you do something!?" He screamed as his tiny body was flung off
"You humans and your self-preservation" The shadow sighed before Zake was thrown in mid air, like something hit him in the side and he spun on the spot before waking up on a grassy hill with the mother of headaches then looking up and seeing he saw the beast he had ridden in the middle of a already partially tattered coastal city
"Oh god, it's going to be Mexico city all over again"

Phoboptero as dubbed with his horrible visage and terrifying glare had been going somewhere, guided almost, but seeing a large grey fish-thing leap out the water for no reason and wreck a good few buildings was enough for him and he landed down in time to see it shake and push itself back into the ocean, intrigued he rose up and glided over the blue-body looking for it when it leapt up and grabbed his tail, serrated teeth slicing through the flesh he splashed down into the ocean and struggled, flight temporarily unavailable he struggled to drag himself back onto Swansea Bay only to be body slammed by Irda forcing him to roll around in the sand, pulling himself away he dashed into the city spinning on his claws he seemed absent to the fact his bloodied tail crashed a few buildings, focusing deep glowing eyes, it seemed happy to jump him when his back was turned so he charged and met the Irrawaddy head on as it jumped to him, Phoboptero wrapped his wings around her a bit into her neck, the sea dweller clicked in pain and he dug deeper until a desperate bid for freedom Irda spat a little water from her blow hole, startled Phoboptero suddenly shook his head and dropped her, realizing his mistake he looked back down to the retreating dolphin he lifted up his wings for another attack when the dolphin curved in the middle and belched a plume a steam in his face! The sudden intense heat burned him convulsing he dropped to the floor at the sudden pain rippling through his face shuddering he tried to retreat further into the trampled city but his head hurt too much, at least Irda hadn't come back to finish him off, yet, he swiveled his head round, was she still there? the ocean seemed calm, which was good enough for him as he steadied himself up when a blip in the ocean caught his attention, she wasn't gone, squinting the glow in his eyes intensified as he did so she was there and swimming right at him! Glaring out he watched her leap out for him and he splayed his wings high above his head and bellowed at her, eye to eye the dolphin suddenly seemed to jerk back and her jump fell short and she flopped uselessly on the ground staring in fear at her opponent, light pulsated in a ring from Phoboptero's eyes and jabbing his head forward, it looked like something from a old B-movie as thin red beams escaped his eyeballs an hit the Dolphin right in hers immediately Blood and other fluids spewed out of them and grey skin surrounding them darkened as it burnt, clicking and squealing in agony Irda spasmed and shook until her writhing body flung itself into the ocean where she sunk. Phoboptero looked over his victory with a happy little smile, wishing no more harm he lifted off, and followed some instinct back home...
