Quick notes:
Made a long time before health and safety regulations kicked in, so he probably has a lot of lead paint. Also the fuzz on his chest is made of that cheap flaky fibre that gives you asthma from 10 feet just by looking at it ;D;
He would play the piano in the band I guess, so his lower body is quite weak and badly maintained (mostly sitting position except for at night).
Cannot talk, since he's not a singer and has no songs programmed in, but still has a voicebox. This means he can make crackly static and other noises.
The eyebrows can move to make expressions
His shoes are able to adjust themselves to allow him to walk on various angles. Theyre rusty, so they grind and click a lot.
He's usually sitting at the piano to start the night. If you can't hear playing, he's not where he should be

He's nice. He kind of reminds me of Chica.. Just a little... The feathers were a nice touch, as well. The colors were refreshing. Brown was used in Freddy, but here it's used in a whole new way. The art itself is outstanding- shading and whatnot. I wish i could be like that one day ^.^ The one thing he needs is a great background. Why's he wearing a suit? I'm quite curious. To give an example, my OC Yukon is a husky who was one of the first animatronics. She wasn't in use after the first few years, after Foxy came around. She had no use, so they threw her into a storage room. A stray pipe impaled her throat area, and damaged a speaker. Her voice is distorted because of that.
Other than the lack of a story, this is a perfect OC!

I actually have another deviation up with a bit of info on it, which was posted around the same time. I meant to link back to it but it was 1am and I was tired 
It think most of your questions can be answered in one sentence~ He's a five nights at freddys version of a character I already made (from a long time before FNaF was even released!) That probably explains the colours and suit, plus a few other things like the ripped fur and choice of species. His original character bio has reasons for his suit and stuff, so maybe they'd transfer over? As for background info, I started drawing him before actually coming up with a story or anything for him. I like to think he'd be the pianist in the band, hence why he's mute.
Here's the deviation in question. There's some vague info in there, plus a link to the original character design~ I like to dress him up for halloween, which is the whole reason this picture exists in the first place.
I'd love to see a picture of Yukon but i couldnt find one in your gallery...? If you have one, please show me!

^-^ I checked the other post. That clears up most of my critiques, haha . I plan on posting a picture of Yukon later, when i can get the copics of her desired color XD I have no greys. Thank you, though. that's very kind of you :3

Hhh thank you so much! I draw a lot of avian anthros so the jump to animatronic style was a little easier for me, i suppose. I didn't like the way Chica's beak attaches to her head so I made my own version~ c:
