This is Willani's brother, Gluacus, also named after the sea slug.
Glaucus is slightly younger than Willani, but they both hatched at about the same time. Glaucus is physically weaker than his sister and is a little smaller in size.
He's also just a little bit of sociopath. Just a little.

Willani was always a little too energetic for their parents, and ended up causing a lot of trouble with her attitude as well. While Glaucus was more quiet and well-mannered, making their parents like him infinitely more than his sister. Glaucus would blame his sister for things he did, and their parents would always believe him more than her; making Glaucus pretty much the only dragon Willani won't challenge. He can make her life living hell.
And that's pretty much the gist of Glaucus. While his sister will challenge you head on if bother her; mess with Glaucus and he'll find some way to ruin your day, or even your entire life.

Willani's obviously annoyed with her brother, especially since she's pretty much the only one who knows the bad side of him. But she can't really do much to him, so instead she focuses a lot of anger out on others.
