I really like the idea of these horn wings that DiveWings have
This is Cirrus and she has her eyes covered most of the time, since they’re a bit sensitive to the sun, also becuase she’s a little shy and avoids eye contanct constantly.

She has really bad aquaphobia due to bad experiences when she was little. A small amount water isn’t too bad and she can look at water without freaking out too much, but being submerged at all makes her panic. She avoids water because of this, and she definitely isn’t fishing any time soon. She covers her face when it rains, especially in heavy rain, since the water on her face gives her the feeling she might drown.

Cirrus is good at predicting the weather, something she partially attributes to her connecting with a god/goddess of the weather, but also her own knowledge on meteorology. It’s sort of her job, but mostly she’s just there to warn others if a storm is on the way or something.
She likes cloudy days better than sunny or rainy ones.

Cirrus is not competitive at all and mostly just wants to avoid getting on an other dragon’s bad side. She usually goes with the flow and prefers to be led rather than lead.

If you couldn’t guess, Cirrus doesn’t know how to swim - well she knows how, she just hasn’t actually managed to do it right, nor does she intend to get in water and figure it out any time soon.
