Spooky and gruesome indeed. Every time you post pictures from this comic I get really curious and want to see more. I like the visual style of this one a lot. The mystery is still there... I continue to look forward to the comic.

That is very nice! I love the way the smoke curles up to the moon. And the bloodspots. They all become part of the composition, instead of just being facts they are the art.

what technique do you use to make your blood splaters?

Hand drawing the blood with a regular brush that senses when you press harder.

the trick is know when to change the presure, and how you flick your hand, i still have trouble getting just the right blood, but i enjoy the challenge everytime.

You, Ms. Chan, are amazing. This was loading and all I saw was the bottom. A few random scribbles, some blood, scroll up, BAM! Guy with a gun and the moon rising from cigarette smoke. Holy God did this make my jaw drop. Excellent work. And it's nice to see some of the TGM crew out and about.

let me see, if the emphasis of the term is on the correct reproduction of light and shadow and the surface properties of the depicted objects, not on the emotional impact, composition, or other more generic qualities. Unsurprisingly, most often it is used in relation to the more exacting, meticulous techniques like pencil.
so what exactly can it be so bright that is Guy standing on so.
