Wow. I just saw a lot of things you and I have in common. It's funny, to me at least. The one I feel comfortable enough mentioning is that I get shy about talking to some people on DA that I admire a lot. Like you, even. XD Silly things we humans do, sometimes.

Yeah, I remember when I first saw your gallery, I was like "I SO have to talk to her." But, when I tried to send you a note, or something, I was always thinking to myself "She's gonna think I'm a loser for saying she's on my top five DA artists." I never was able to send that note. XD I try to talk to the people on here I like, but I never seem to be able to.

Good thing I can't draw worth crap.. (yet, hopefully, later in college). If I made one of those things it would probably be hard to come up with much... okay, that's a bad excuse, but that's only because the real reason is that while trying to come up with how to explain it I just couldn't find something to say that wouldn't be creepy or put up big red lights on my face.
So instead I'll just say that I feel the same way about cigarette smoke. And the "hard to get me to talk" part sorta.
Hell, I go through most days without uttering more than five words. And if anyone really gave a damn enough about me to try to open up conversation, and pretty much chat away.. essentially like I'm doing here in this "comment", except instead of opening conversation you're posting an image I feel I can respond too...
I really should keep these shorter, at least.

In that case I wont restrain on incoming deviations... and note something I believe I restrained from commenting on on your latest "Spenser" deviation.
It would appear that you've cut your mop-head hair, as I believe you put it. My hair is now longer than yours. As a guy this makes me fell good. It's running past my chest now in curly blond locks. And it's got body to it and everything. It's nice. After one particularly ugly bowl cut I started letting it grow out, and I have not regretted it. Who knows when I'll ever have it cut... at least not for a trim to remove split ends and such.

The one where you said your hair was too long but you're afraid to cut it, I know what it's like to cut the hair short. If you check out my pics in my gallery, you'll seen that mine is cut short. Even when it was longer, people called me my brother, then when I turn around, they either say, OH! sorry Connie... or 'Whatcha doin this Saturday?' Then I have to sigh, and walk away, or play the part until they realize I'm NOT my bro.

Y'know, I'd always been a bit unsure about commenting on any of your works, even favoriting them, thinking I'd be overlooked and thought of as "just another person", like your drawing says... but after reading that, it lets me know I'm not alone with that feeling
All of your stuff is FANTASTIC, and I cannot express how creative and well done everything you've submitted is. And as a matter of fact, you're the reason I joined DA
I've not submitted anything, actually... I can't draw, but I like being able to keep track of your artwork, which I think is perfect in everyway
