Description
Not that keen on the outcome, felt rushed, I'm too tired to do more on it right now though, and i wont have time tomorrow, got four huge paintings to finish by the end of next week which I should have been working on today but never mindI used two of my oc's, Seph and Aria, the media is ink, biro and alcohol based markers on semi gloss paper, because of the slight shine, my camera would focus properly, and the piece is too big to fit in my scanner :/

I fucking love this. This makes me think of Tanabata (the Star Festival) in Japan and Orihime's story.
I see Orihime and her lover Hikoboshi separated by the river and unable to be together despite their only chance to meet.

I am so so so glad someone saw that! The story of these characters is semi based off of the Star Festival!
Aria is the sole daughter of the Tyrannical King of their world and Seph is the head of his army, their union would combine their strength and cause them to be far stronger than the King. They are immortal beings so any threat to his rule is unacceptable and when Seph asks for Arias hand, lets say things don't go well. He has Aria cast down to our world to live one human life span and be reborn at the end of it with no memory of a previous life. Seph is also cast down but at the end of his human life he is not to return, he only looses his memory of her so as to live in frustration, knowing he is not human.
In this picture, they were meeting secretly one final time before their fate is decided.
Its not a sad ending however, Sephs brother intervenes and its all good in the end.
So yay

That's an interesting story. It's interesting how this sort of Romeo+Juliet tale has been done in so many different ways.
What's the name of Aria's tale?
I'm glad I wasn't just seeing things. Awesome job~

Yeah it is, so many creative angles have been taken to it.
I haven't decided on a name for it yet, before nameing a story I like to get the world fleshed out best I can and I'm still in the middle of doing that.
Thankyou so much ^.^

Oh, YOU wrote the story? Niiiice.
I can relate to wanting a more fleshed out world. Makes it deeper imo.
Of course.

I do have a manga esc visual novel in the works at the moment- I say at the moment but I think Its been more like 5 years, its a good 276 pages long, and the only thing I am completely just about happy with it the first chapter cover.
But I'm glad to know that if I ever did post it, someone would atleast look at it ^^

Ayyy, right on. It's cool you've dedicated that much time into one project. When you finish it I look forward to seeing it. Just don't make it another 5 years until it's done. No pressure.
