look i decided on his markings and stuff!

OKAY story time.

so the scientists produced mewcubed via mew DNA, but they also added other kinds of DNA because they didn't think the mew DNA alone would suffice because of the lack they had. they prodominantly used psychic pokemon for the mix since it differs less from mew.
umm so they made this, and he's like, experiment six or something. it worked and everything but the scientists knew he was too strong and they couldn't manually dispose of him so they just left him in a like... sewer i guess. and they didn't tell giovanni about it because they knew he'd be totally pissed.

hmmm. anyway... i might write a fanfic or a comic collab with carmen about it yeaahhh!
