Description
Prior to Fennel's take over, Izzy had planned on joining her friend Belle as a double battle team after Izzy earned all her badges (Belle had started earlier and completed the badge quest). The night of Fennel's take over, Izzy had been awake because of a Sailor Moon marathon. The following day, she was planning on meeting with Belle to evolve her Onix, only for Belle to turn her in to Fennel. After the incident, Izzy took up a mask and a poofy dress to fight Fennel. The mask and costume do jack crap because Belle made Izzy known to Fennel. Regardless, Izzy fights on (and attempts to reenact every magical girl cliche) so that she and Belle can get back to their dream.Izzy herself is rather energetic and tries to keep a cheerful front, even though Belle's betrayal hurt her a lot. A bit obsessed with friendship and dreams, and tends to go on loud and long speeches about them.
Madoka the Audino
Izzy's lead and first catch. Madoka is strong and doesn't like backing out of a fight, especially when her trainer/teammates are in trouble. Plus, Regenerator gives Madoka a chance to recover in the event of a bad match up.
Moves: Return, Drain Punch, Heal Pulse, Refresh
Lettuce the Maractus
Izzy's first Pokemon. Izzy keeps her around out of nostalgia. Lettuce has extreme difficulty fighting battles on her own; she is aware of this, and tries to work creatively in double and tripple battles to compensate (as well as avoid being boxed for her own safety). One of her most useful skills is Water Absorb, which lets her safely partner with Ahiru.
Moves: Petal Dance, Synthesis, Cotton Guard, Accupressure
Tomoyo the Onix
For Izzy, Tomoyo is as a reminder of Belle and why she's fighting. Tomoyo had dreamed of evolving into a Steelix, which she hoped would help her get along with her teammates more, however, Izzy refuses to evolve her without Belle. Has sturdy ability.
Moves: Stone Edge, Dragon tail, Dig, Earthquake
Usa the Gothorita
The team's goofball. While she's a great team member in battle, she also enjoys messing with her teammates (particularly by ruining big entrances or Anime marathons) as well as being the center of attention. Izzy regrets spoiling her as a Gothita.
Moves: Psychic, Telekinesis, Charge Beam, Hidden Power (Dragon)
Mumi the Yamask
Mumi isn't a very strong battler, but is an excellent saboteur and frequently helps Izzy with get aways (or entrances). She is not fond of blades or Pokemon with large mouths. They remind her of her death too much.
Moves: Shadow Ball, Haze, Will-o-Wisp, Power Split
Ahiru the Golduck
If Madoka is a tank, Ahiru is a powerful gun. Her attacks tend to be swift, powerful, and graceful. She mostly talks to Usa (who she is in a prank war with) and Lettuce (her battle partner).
Moves: Surf, Ice Beam, Focus Blast, Signal Beam
Note: Belle's team at the start of Fennel's takeover was Musharna, Gigalith (who Izzy helped evolve), Pawniard, Plusle, Banette, and Beartic.

PFFT, love the concept and that color palette, and funny how you incorporated an anime reference into your backstory. neat how you reference another friend with the belle bits, this makes some cool backstory possibilities and other things I can work around with, and your use of my nuzlocke world details come off good and understanding of the universe. and ah yes even references in some of the pokemon names and a nice blend of personalities. the presentation has a cool look with the painter ish style and her interacting with her various pokemon. splendid job, and thanks for entering

Thank you very much. I figured that to go along with her plan to keep trainers from having strong Pokemon, Fennel would make it illegal to trade some types, like Onix. Most of the names are ones I gave the Pokemon in my Black 2 game.
As for Belle's design, I don't really have any clear plans, and right now I don't have time to draw a reference. Maybe she'd have a more masculine design than Izzy, but the colors would be complementary (or maybe reversed- mostly pink with green accents as opposed to mostly green with pink aspects- or would that be the same thing).
