Description
This is the baste I made to cook the pheasant with.

Its made up of butter, brown sugar, a small can of pineapple juice, pepper, garlic powder, and parsley flakes. Well, all of that and the 4 ice cubes I used to cool it down before I poured it onto the bird (Cannot apply that stuff boiling hot).

Thanks to evaporation and all that, it not only gave the skin a lightly sweet taste, but the broth itself got even sweeter. I might just sit and use it to dip the meat in XD
