Abnormalities: Mute (Presumably). Possibly OCD - appears to collect human tongues. Harbors extremely sadistic nature (Presumably).

Special dietary needs: None (Presumably).

Medications: None.

Dietary Restrictions: Subject is only to be given foods that do not require fork and knife to aide in consumption.
Reasoning: Subject is highly hostile and must be kept away from items that aide him with his obsession (Tongue collection).

Current feeding requirements: Subject is to be given a fresh supply of food at the start of ever week. Food items are specially packaged, and will expire within the month as a result of this.
As is, subject is being provided: Pre-made soup, meat and vegetable pâté, pasta dishes, crackers, and bread. All of which are provided in single-serving, microwave safe containers. Other food items may be provided to the subject by their caretaker, so long as said items to not require fork and knife to aide with consumption. Seasonings may also be provided by the caretaker.

Housing Restrictions: Knives, forks, and glass are to be kept out of the subjects reach at all times. Eating and cooking utensils are to be made of plastic as an added precautionary measure. All items used to hold fluid are also to be made of plastic to ensure that the subject has no means of creating a usable weapon. All furniture is connected to the ground and/or walls permanently - chairs and other objects will be given limited mobility. No special bedding is required. Hygiene related products will be provided, but the caretaker may change them at any given time.

Caretaking Requirements: Upon entering the room, the assigned caretaker must ensure that their subject is present and facing them. If desired, instruct the subject to stand with their hands raised at their sides, with their legs spread apart. If the caretaker has deemed it safe to remain in the presence of their subject, they are free to begin tending to all required paperwork - but are advised to stay on high alert. Subject Whiteout has been deemed highly hostile, and has been known to attack their caretaker without warning or instigation.

Subject is to be highly restrained when taken outside of his room. Arms and legs are to be securely bound by chains, and a metal collar is to be fastened to the neck. No less than 2 people are to be present during escort - one of these people are to be the caretaker.
Subject is not to be allowed near other inmates - Whiteout is not allowed in the courtyard.

Known Behaviors of the Subject: Communicates primarily through writing. Seems to behave in a "laid back" manner, but will assault nearby people without warning. Moves surprisingly quietly, but will purposely make noise to draw attention too him.

Knowledge of killing methods: Highly brutal. Subject mentally torments victims prior to killing. Tortures are described as that of a "Murderers game of cat and mouse". Subject will remain hidden, but keep victims aware of his dangerous presence. When groups are present, individuals are picked off one by one. Victims are made to feel as if they are being hunted by a bloodthirsty beast, ensuring heightened states of paranoia and overall distress. Upon capturing a victim, subject Whiteout will proceed to eliminate them through their preferred means (Typically by piercing the heart with a blade. Subject has been known to stab their victims multiple times), before removing their tongue and keeping it as a trophy. It is currently unknown how or if the subject disposes of the bodies.
