Description Welp, got this piece of work finished. I think it took about a week? I get on around 4/5 hours a day. So, yeah.

Anyways.
Electric Elemental Felidaedraco.
Its body is adorned with yellow gemstones (Topaz). The gems both conduct and absorb electricity (Meaning this creature gets struck by lightning and is cool with it). The fur is dense and produces high levels of static electricity. When using its electric powers, streams of lightning emerge from the gemstones.

Males sport tuffs of fur running down a majority of their back, and their scales give off a crimson sheen. Females lack the fur tuffs, and their scales give off a purple sheen.
Female hunt in groups of three to five, while males remain relatively stationary to protect their young.
Females lay around 6 eggs in June, and the eggs have a 70% hatch rate. Eggs are bright orange.
Newly hatched young of this species are completely brown, making it difficult to tell males from females for the first 8 weeks.

This breed hunts mostly on birds and small mammals (Such as sheep or young deer). They dare not hunt fish (Because water and electricity don't mix well). Prey is taken back to their den, where it is eaten. They do eat berries and certain forms of vegetation/fungus.

Family units range anywhere from 5 to 50, depending on the number of breeding females and their young. 80% of the population if female, so males have many life-long mates. (Typically 3-5 females per male).
Upon reaching maturity, most felidaedraco leave to find their own mates and take their own territory. Around 10% will never take interest in breeding, and will remain with their parents.
