Description Behold, the Fungal Zombie Dragon. Created in the likeness of (If that wasn't already obvious af)

"This is a dragon as complex as it is dangerous. Should you be unfortunate enough to stumble into the nesting grounds of one of these creatures, it is advised to hold your breath, turn for home, and hope that you have not already been infected by its toxic spores.

The Fungal Zombie is a dragon that stands as tall as a Clydesdale horse. It it a complex creature seeming to be part mammal, and part fungus. Mushrooms grow from many spots along its body - under the chin, along the entire length of its spine, atop its head, and even under its wings. In fact, many believe that its wings are simply modified mushrooms, for the entire underside is that of a fungus. It sports two large - seemingly dead - eyes, two small ears, and a long snout with a ridged mouth. From the end of its tail, a webbed "hand" is evident - and it is easily used. Each of its feet are deformed and misshapen, making them appear to be made up of certain forms of fungus. Two pouches are visible on its chest, and are usually filled with a liquid silk.

Its entire body is covered in spores, which seem to emit from the very surface of its skin. A majority of the spores that fall from its body are used to plant mushrooms, with mark the vastness its terrain. It will eat these mushrooms when in need of nutrients. However, the spores found on the underside of its wings, and on the crest on its head, contain toxic compounds that seem to brainwash victims. It is quite literally a massive fungus that puts victims in a zombie like state. Infected parsons lack all free will, and do nothing but seek out this dragon - they will become hostile if prevented from doing so. The dragon will the pick up the infected victims with the hand on its tail, and spew liquid silk onto them. Victims are then left to die and decay, then the dragon will return to feed on the mush that is housed within the silk. Special components in the silk prevent bodies from completely deteriorating, so their contents literally turn into a foul smelling slosh. There is currently no means of curing someone infected by these spores, though only 1 in 20 individuals exposed to them will be infected.

Fungal Zombies come in a variety of colors, usually being white and tan or light orange and pink. A handful come in purple or black - it is likely dependent on their environment. They are also the only known species of dragon that is capable of chaining its biological gender on a weekly basis - and they do so regularly. One week an individual will be female and contain all the internal structures of one, and the following week it can become a male, a hermaphrodite, or even gender-less. Like mushrooms, the Fungal Zombie seems to hold dozens of different gender capabilities. This is why it has been dubbed as the most complex breed of dragon to be found. Eggs incubate for up to six months in the ground before hatching.
Please note: When one of these dragons takes on the roll as a female and becomes impregnated, they remain trapped in such a state until after they have laid their eggs. Newly hatched Fungal Zombies feed entirely on mushrooms.

Dangerous as this dragon is, the Fungal Zombie is surprisingly playful and mellow in personality. It has no known predators, hence has no reason to fear anything but fire. It is not uncommon for exposed people to develop an immunity to its brainwashing spores. Anyone bitten by one of these dragons is actually guaranteed to develop such an immunity, because their saliva and blood are laced with compounds that nullify the effects of its spores. Its skin is soft, but has the same texture of wax paper.

This dragon is considered an plant type given that it is basically a dragon-mushroom hybrid.
The silk that is contained in its pouches is built up of mushroom based fibers.

The diet of the Fungal Zombie consists mostly of decaying plant material, fungus, and the captured creatures ensnared in its silk. It requires little water to survive.
